This series of KCB gear oil pumps are mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves, and shaft end seals (for special requirements, magnetic drive can be selected, zero leakage structure). The gear has high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and is installed in a replaceable bushing together with the shaft to run. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
The KCB gear pump has reasonably designed oil drain and oil return grooves. The gear bears a small torque force during work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.
KCB gear pump is equipped with a valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and it can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. But note that this valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term work, and can be installed on the pipeline when necessary.
