In the two symmetrical pump chamber equipped with a diaphragm, which is connected by a center couplet stem. Compressed air comes in from pump inlet valve, and enter into one cavity, push the diaphragm movement, and gases emitted from another cavity. Once to the destination, gas distribution components will automatically compressed air into another chamber, push the diaphragm to the opposite direction, thus make two diaphragm continuous synchronization to reciprocating movement.

1. The lower operating speed of the gear pump should not be lower than 600r / min.

2. Working medium: Recommended oil: use l-hm46 or similar viscosity hydraulic oil in summer and l-hv low temperature hydraulic oil in winter. Working oil range: -20 ℃ ~ 90 ℃, the filtering accuracy of working medium should be within 50m.

3. The support or flange of the Seken high-viscosity gear pump and its drive motor should use a common installation foundation. The foundation, flange or support must have sufficient rigidity to reduce vibration and noise generated by the gear pump during operation .

4. The motor and gear pump must be connected by an elastic coupling, the coaxiality is less than 0.1 mm, and the inclination angle should not be greater than 1 degree. Do not hit with a hammer when installing the coupling, as it may damage the gears and other parts of the gear pump.

5. If driven by pulleys, sprockets, etc., bracket support should be provided to prevent the radial bearing of the driving gear bearing. When tightening the ground screws of the gear pump and motor, the screws should be evenly stressed and connected reliably.

6. When rotating the coupling by hand, you should feel that the gear pump can easily rotate without abnormal phenomena such as seizure, and then you can piping.
