Analysis of the types of AODD PUMP
AIR OPERATED DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMP, also known as control pump, is the primary type of actuator. After receiving the control signal from the modulation unit, the flow of the fluid can be changed through power operation. Diaphragm pumps are generally composed of actuators and valves. With compressed air as the power source, it can pump all kinds of corrosive liquids, granular liquids, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids.
Pneumatic diaphragm pump has four kinds of materials: plastic, aluminum alloy, cast iron and stainless steel. There are four kinds of materials for electric diaphragm pumps: plastic, aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel. Diaphragm pumps use nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluorine rubber, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polytetrahydroethylene according to different liquid media. To meet demand. Placed in various special occasions, it is often used for pumping medium that cannot be pumped. Diaphragm pumps can be divided into pneumatic, electric and hydraulic power according to the power of the actuator. They are pneumatic diaphragm pumps driven by compressed air, electric diaphragm pumps driven by electricity, electro-hydraulic diaphragm pumps driven by the pressure of liquid media (such as oil), as well as solenoid valves, electronic, intelligent, and field bus barriers, depending on their function And characteristics. Membrane pump. Diaphragm pumps have many varieties and different structures, but they are constantly updated and changed. Generally speaking, valves are universal. They can not only be matched with pneumatic actuators, but also with electric actuators or other actuators.
Category: Electro-pneumatic diaphragm pump-3 inch plastic electro-pneumatic diaphragm pump-A80 Verderair Almatec series adds the largest scale pump A80. The pump is a large-capacity design and consists of three parts: two compartments and a central body, operation and Easy to maintain. The import and export standard is DN80, the maximum flow rate is 48 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum particle size is 15mm.
Diaphragm pump, pneumatic diaphragm pump, peristaltic pump, hose pump, magnetic pump, Verderair Almatec has a wide range of applications, from the chemical to the food industry. Almatec small pumps are generally used for circulation and sampling, while large pumps are primarily used in the chemical and OEM markets. Pneumatic valve is an important part of pneumatic diaphragm pump. The patented A80 valve is completely free of metal, with high reliability and low noise. This unique design provides a continuous balanced load for the barrier without pressure difference, thereby prolonging the life of the barrier.
One, diaphragm pump selection
The valve body selection of the diaphragm pump is the most important link in the selection of the diaphragm pump. There are many types of valves for diaphragm pumps. The commonly used ones are straight-through single-seat, straight-through two-seat, angle, barrier, small flow, three-way, eccentric rotation, butterfly, sleeve, spherical, etc. 10 types. Before selecting a valve, carefully analyze the medium, process conditions and parameters of the control process, collect the data that meets the requirements, understand the requirements of the diaphragm pump system, and determine the type of valve used based on the collected data. When making specific choices, the following aspects can be considered:
(1) The shape and structure of the valve core are primarily based on the selected flow characteristics and unbalanced force.
(2) Wear resistance When the fluid medium is a suspension containing a high concentration of abrasive particles, serious conflicts will occur every time the valve core and valve seat are closed. Therefore, the flow of the valve should be stable, and the internal material of the valve should be hard.
(3) Because of the corrosiveness of the medium, under the condition of satisfying the conditioning function, try to choose a valve with a simple structure.
(4) When the temperature and pressure of the medium are high and change greatly, the valve core and seat materials should be used as the valve with little temperature and pressure change.
(5) Avoid flashing and cavitation only in liquid media. In the actual production process, flashing and cavitation not only affect the calculation of the flow coefficient, but also cause vibration and noise and shorten the service life of the valve. Therefore, flashing and cavitation should be avoided when selecting valves.
2. Selection of diaphragm pump
(1) The output force of the actuator, regardless of its type, is the effective force to overcome the load (mainly refers to the unbalanced force and unbalanced torque plus conflict, sealing force, gravity and other related forces). Therefore, in order to make the diaphragm pump work normally, the supporting actuator should be able to produce a satisfactory output force, overcome various resistances, and ensure high sealing performance and valve opening. Regarding dual-effect pneumatic, hydraulic and electric actuators, there is generally no reset spring. The magnitude of the effect has nothing to do with the direction of the effect. Therefore, the key to selecting an actuator is to find the maximum output force and torque of the motor. Regarding the single-effect pneumatic actuator, the output force is related to the valve opening, and the force on the diaphragm pump will also affect its movement characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a force balance in the entire opening range of the diaphragm pump.
(2) After the output power of the actuator is determined by the type of the actuator, the corresponding actuator is selected according to the requirements of the process environment. On-site explosion-proof requirements use pneumatic actuators, junction boxes are explosion-proof, and electric actuators cannot be used. If there is no explosion-proof requirement, pneumatic and electric actuators can be selected, but considering energy saving, electric actuators should be used as much as possible. In hydraulic actuators, its use is not as widespread as pneumatic and electric actuators, but its conditioning accuracy is high.
